All items come with a 1 year warranty from the day the item was dispatched from our facility. In circumstance where you find the item is defective or any problems, you can contact our customer service for further instructions and resolve the issue.
Items deemed defective will be exchanged for a new replacement item that of the original purchase only. Defective items cannot be exchanged for a different item. You can request for replacement within 30 days. If necessary, you will be required to return the item for replacement or refund (It depends). If you request for a refund not replacement instead, please check our refund policy below.
If the item is damaged due to improper installation or use, it cannot be considered defective, in which case, we will not issue a refund or replacement.
Contact customer service or mail us by email@example.com at first step prior to shipping anything back to Brook. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
If you choose to request refund for defective items instead of replacement, please contact us within 30 days, we will issue your refund once we confirm.
If non-defective items for a refund are requested within 30 days, you will be required to return the item and cover return shipping fee as handling charge. Upon receipt of the item, the refund procedure will be arranged. We will not issue a refund for non-defective item before receiving the original item and inspecting it first.
