Shipping
All orders will be handled in 2-3 business days, and will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Due to DHL Logistics’ regulations and restrictions on electromagnetic product distribution, each order shall not exceed two electromagnetic items. Thank you for your cooperation.
Before delivering, we will send the Order Confirmation Email, please check our policies and reply the Email. We will cancel the order if there is no reply in 3days.
If you did not receive your order, please contact us at the support area, and please include your order number.
Tax and Duties
Import taxes and duties may be applicable to packages shipped to certain countries. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on import taxes and duties before placing your order.
Unable to Deliver
If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve the package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as additional import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to BROOK. The amount may be deducted from a refund. Should the return fees exceed the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a refund.
